About Us
The people leading change
We believe sports can help change lives, and we exist to support the people leading that change.
Who We Are
Interface Sports & Community was founded in Brazil with the belief that sports have the power to connect people and drive meaningful change. Since 2009, our founder and team have worked across Brazil and around the world—mentoring community leaders, facilitating partnerships, and developing resources to support grassroots sports initiatives.
We don't run programs ourselves. Instead, we come alongside churches to empower local leaders, teams, and projects, providing structure, coaching, and tools to help them thrive and grow in their unique contexts.
Our work recognizes that lasting transformation starts locally. Our focus is on disciple-making, leadership development, and holistic well-being—body, mind, and spirit. We believe transformation happens when local people are equipped to serve their communities and create environments of hope, belonging, and purpose through sports and shared action.
Our impact
We support local projects that change communities
We don't measure success by the number of events we run, but by the lives that flourish where projects happen. By strengthening local leaders, we help children find a safe place, young people discover purpose, and entire neighborhoods grow closer together.
That's how sport stops being just a game and becomes a doorway to hope, belonging and real transformation—led by the people who live in that community.
Our Culture
What moves us
Our Team
We are a diverse team of practitioners, leaders, and volunteers who believe in the power of sports and community to bring meaningful change. Our experience comes from the field—from walking with local leaders, serving in cross-cultural contexts, and building partnerships that last.
We come from different places and backgrounds, but we're united by a shared commitment: to empower others, work with integrity, and invest in people who are making a difference where they live.
Our leadership includes the executive team, board members, and fiscal council, along with a network of mentors and advisors who support the movement locally and globally.
